What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of text that a website stores in your browser to remember short-term information, for example that you are signed in to your account.
Which cookies do we use?
Essential: running the service
famasia_token: authentication token (JWT), expires after 15 minutes. Without it you cannot sign in.famasia_refresh_token: refresh token, expires after 7 days. It lets you stay signed in without entering your PIN repeatedly.famasia_admin_token/famasia_admin_refresh: same as above but for the admin panel.famasia_device_id: device identifier, expires after 1 year. It helps us detect a new device and request a security OTP.
All of these cookies are set with Domain=.famasia.app, HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. They cannot be read by JavaScript from other websites.
Advertising / analytics
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Famasia does not install Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other tools that follow your activity outside our website.
Deleting cookies
You can delete Famasia cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note: if you delete famasia_token you will need to sign in again.
Opting out
Because all the cookies we use are essential to how the service works, we do not offer a “do not use cookies” option. If you disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, you will not be able to sign in to your account.
